It supports multiple discussion modes, including Limit (1/2/3/4), FIFO (1/2/3/4), and Chairman Only, allowing organizers to manage microphone access according to the meeting’s requirements. The system can accommodate up to 256 wireless units, with five microphones active simultaneously, making it suitable for boardrooms, council chambers, conference halls, and corporate meeting spaces.

Designed for convenience and flexibility, the YC893M features wireless microphone units with built-in rechargeable batteries, providing up to 8 hours of continuous speaking time and approximately 30 hours of standby time. Its wireless architecture enables fast and tidy installation without the need for extensive cabling, reducing setup time and simplifying deployment for both permanent and temporary conference environments.

To ensure clear and stable audio performance, the controller incorporates multi-channel high-band and intermediate-band frequency selective filtering to effectively eliminate interference signals. The Cross Evolution YC910M Video Tracking Main Unit is an advanced conference control processor that integrates video tracking and HDMI video switching into a single platform. Featuring a built-in 4-input, 1-output HDMI video switching matrix, it automatically coordinates camera views with active speakers, delivering a seamless visual experience for conferences, board meetings, council sessions, and hybrid meeting environments. The system also supports multi-machine cascading, making it suitable for both small meeting rooms and large-scale conference installations.

Designed for precise and intelligent camera management, the YC910M supports up to 512 automatic camera tracking control points, allowing cameras to accurately focus on individual speaking positions. It is compatible with both Pelco-D and VISCA control protocols at a 9600 baud rate, ensuring smooth integration with a wide range of PTZ cameras. When a delegate activates a microphone, the corresponding camera automatically moves to the preset position, while the high-speed dome camera intelligently follows the latest active speaker and returns to the previous tracking position when the microphone is switched off.

The Cross Evolution YC893C Chairman Unit is designed to provide complete control over conference discussions. The chairman microphone can be activated at any time, regardless of the current speaking status of delegate units. This ensures the chairman can immediately address the meeting whenever necessary without waiting for other microphones to be released.

The unit features a Priority Function that allows the chairman to instantly mute all active delegate microphones by pressing the Priority/Clear key. This function is ideal for maintaining order, making important announcements, or directing the flow of discussion during meetings, ensuring the chairman always has the highest speaking priority.

In Chairman Only Mode, once the chairman presses the Priority button, all delegate microphones are disabled and cannot be turned on again until the chairman releases the priority status or the system returns to normal operation. This mode guarantees uninterrupted speech for the chairman and is especially useful during presentations, formal addresses, or critical meeting sessions.

Working seamlessly with the YC893M Wireless Central Controller and YC893C Chairman Unit, the YC893D operates under multiple conference management modes, including Limit, FIFO, and Chairman Only. During normal operation, delegates can activate their microphones according to the selected discussion mode. However, when the chairman activates the priority function, delegate microphones can be cleared instantly, allowing the meeting chair to maintain order and manage speaking privileges effectively.

In Chairman Only Mode, once the chairman presses the priority button, delegate microphones are temporarily prevented from being switched on until priority control is released. This feature is ideal for formal presentations, important announcements, and structured discussions where uninterrupted communication is essential.
