During normal operation, delegates can activate their microphones according to the selected discussion mode. However, when the chairman activates the priority function, delegate microphones can be cleared instantly, allowing the meeting chair to maintain order and manage speaking privileges effectively.

In Chairman Only Mode, once the chairman presses the priority button, delegate microphones are temporarily prevented from being switched on until priority control is released. This feature is ideal for formal presentations, important announcements, and structured discussions where uninterrupted communication is essential.
